Will started in a prop overhaul shop as a teen while in Aviation Magnet High School. He decided to go to school to become an A&P because of his passion for aviation. After 20 years in General Aviation, he decided to open his own facility with a focus on communication and fairness to customers. His goal is to help owners understand and better maintain their airplane to high standards.

Ian is an apprentice working towards his A&P. He is 150+ hour pilot working on his Instrument Rating. Ian has a love affair with General Aviation and customer service.
